As Aviator Pizza & Drafthouse celebrates their grand opening, we're thrilled with the support and love the restaurant has received from Austin's foodie community.
For the launch, we chose to host a media day versus the typical, one-night media celebration. The media day consisted of two time slots, and influencers or media outlets were able to choose which to attend. This strategy gave media and influencers freedom to visit the restaurant at their convenience while also eliminating the stress of intense grand opening production on a new kitchen staff.
